Original Country… I am born & bred Kiwi

Specialising in… Feeding people, menu planning, food preparation, catering for all of our guests’ special dietary needs and everything else around the farm when I’m not cooking.

Previous Experience… I have worked all over New Zealand, not just as a chef but also as a dairy farmer. I love working with children and animals, so Lakewood Lodge is perfect for me! When I am not cooking up a storm at the Lodge I enjoy spending time with my family and playing pipe band music, I also enjoy spending time doing arts & crafts.

Why I love Lakewood… I love working at Lakewood Lodge as I get to spend time working with children and helping them develop confidence and their skills whilst they attend camp.

Favourite food at the Lodge… Everything I cook is tasty so it’s hard to choose.
