Country Learning

Lakewood Lodge offers foreign students the perfect surroundings to learn English in a safe beautiful rural setting and enjoy adventure activities and country life.This Country Learning course is designed especially for 9 - 14 year olds with excellent pastoral care. Courses are available from 7 days to 3 months.

Courses include:

• Accommodation, including linen and all bedding
• All meals, including morning and afternoon teas
• Qualified instructors for all activities - Horse trekking, Kayaking, Low Ropes Course, Climbing Wall, River Challenge, Frisbee Golf
• Interaction and feeding the pet farm animals, cow milking, horse grooming
• English lessons for 2 hours five days a week with a qualified teacher maximum of 10 to a group
• Organised evening activities
• Transport to and from Auckland or Hamilton

Longer courses include the above plus trips to Rotorua, Auckland and Hamilton. Please ask for a free quote for your group.
